Brand Manager
Oliver heads up the expert Contest Yachts UK team with a true passion for yachting, stemming from his childhood holidays on the water.
During his time at university, Oliver continued to pursue his interest in sailing on the university sailing team, leading him to become vice-president of the club.
Having successfully completed his degree in business and management, Oliver undertook a master’s degree in international management before honing his knowledge participating in numerous internships both in the UK and Singapore, allowing him to gain valuable experience in liaising with clients, sales and management at the highest level.
The amalgamation of skills and enthusiasm for the field make Oliver ideally placed to lead the team.
Sales Broker
A passionate sailor, Simon has sailed all over the world and has been a member of the Royal Ocean Racing Club since the mid 1980s, competing in many of the world’s premier sailing events.
Simon’s experience as a competitive sailor, boat owner and 20 plus years as a yacht broker make him the perfect choice to represent this incredible bluewater performance cruising range in the UK.
Sales Broker
Ted brings nearly 40 years of yachting experience to the Contest Yachts UK team.
Starting his career as yacht crew in his teens, Ted has sailed all over the world from the US and Caribbean to Australia and New Zealand, cruising, racing and delivering yachts.
Having returned ashore, Ted has worked in various renowned shipyards in the US in project management roles and as a service manager before moving to the UK and joining the Ancasta Group and Contest Yachts UK.
